The Football Advisory Subcommittee met on Friday, October 30th to deliberate one five-class proposal and one six-class proposal of high school football in South Dakota. Discussion among the group centered primarily on adjustments to classifications within 11-man. The general consensus of the committee was to not make any specific changes to nine-man classifications at this time. Krogstrand says there was however, discussion of adjusting the number for the cut-off between nine and 11-man football:
