Riding off their upset of nationally-ranked Viterbo University, Dakota State University Volleyball enters the NSAA Postseason Conference Tournament as the #3 seed on Friday in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
The Trojans went 3-0 to wrap up the regular last week at home including ending the #7 ranked V-Hawks 53 conference match win streak. DSU coach Amy Veenhof said the rest of the NSAA helped secure the higher seeding in the Tournament.
Dakota State and the Blue Hawks split both matches during the regular season with each road team winning three sets to one. Coach Veenhof said the Trojans need to aggressive against Dickinson State.
The Trojans put up their 3-match win streak in the quarterfinals of the NSAA Volleyball Postseason Conference Tournament against the #6 seed Dickinson State. First serve is 10am on the campus of Viterbo University. The winner moves on to the semifinals to face #2 Bellevue University at 5pm Friday night.
