DSU Men’s Basketball face School of Mines in preseason benefit game

Dakota State University men’s basketball is over 2 weeks away from opening their regular season but their preseason match-up with the South Dakota School Of Mines will serve a greater purpose. The two schools will face each other in a fundraiser to benefit student scholarships with the Stanley County Coaches Association.

During the Stanley County School Board meeting on Monday, school superintendent Dr. Joel Price announced the match-up of the game as well as where the fundraiser will take place.

Dakota State’s men will face School of Mines on Saturday, October 21st at the Parkview Auditorium in Fort Pierre. Gametime is tentatively scheduled for 1pm.
