Madison's Magical Christmas is Saturday

The magic of Christmas comes alive on Saturday in Madison as the annual Madison’s Magical Christmas returns.

The event will start with Santa at the downtown Madison City Armory from 9:30 until 1:00 p.m. Saturday. During that time, there will be pictures with Santa, kids activities, letters to Santa, games, treats, and prizes. Those attending are encouraged to bring a donation of a non-perishable food item for the Lake County Food Pantry.

Later on Saturday will be the lighting of Madison’s Community Christmas tree near the Madison Dairy Queen. Activities for this will begin at 4:30 Saturday afternoon, with a Community Christmas Social including carolers and treats. The Christmas tree will then be lit at around 5:20 on Saturday.
