Bulldogs defense leads the way in 42-0 win over Tea

A scoreless 1st quarter turned out to be the prelude to another blowout win for the Madison Bulldogs Friday night at Trojan Field. Madison quarterback Josh Giles threw 5 touchdown passes, 4 of them to Jaxon Janke, in a 42-0 win over the Tea Area Titans.

The Titans were forced to punt on the following drive, and the Bulldogs Brady Nelson block the punt and Caleb Reilly recovered it in the end zone for a 20-0 lead. Giles for Janke one more time in the quarter, and the Bulldogs led 28-0 at halftime. Giles and Janke added two more scores in the 4th quarter and the defense held on to the shutout.
