Lake County Commission meeting Thursday

The Lake County Commission is holding its regular meeting on Thursday instead of Tuesday this week because of the general election.  During Thursday’s meeting, commissioners will conduct the canvass of the general election votes.  The commission is also scheduled to meet at 9:10 tomorrow morning with Mark Peltier with the Lakes Community LLC and Lake Madison Sanitary District regarding a resolution on intention to annex property.  County Human Resource Specialist Shelli Gust will discuss personnel with commissioners Thursday, and Highway Superintendent Nels Nelson will meet with commissioners regarding the BIG agreement with the state DOT for preliminary engineering, and also to discuss equipment issues. 

The Lake County Commission meeting on Thursday begins at 9:00 a.m. in the commission room in the Lake County Courthouse in Madison.
