Madison City Commission meeting Monday

The Madison City Commission will hold its regular weekly meeting later Monday.  Commissioners are scheduled to hold a hearing on a wastewater improvement project and adopt a resolution for an application for financial assistance to the state Board of Water and Natural Resources for up to six-million dollars.  They will also hold a hearing on a drinking water improvement project and adopt a resolution for an application for financial assistance to the state Board of Water and Natural Resources for up to thirteen-million dollars.  

Also on the agenda for the city commission Monday is a resolution regarding the Lewis and Clark Rural Water System expansion commitment agreement, and discussion and action regarding the lease renewal document with the Greater Madison Area Chamber of Commerce and Lake Area Improvement Corporation. 

These items of business and more make up Monday’s agenda for the Madison City Commission.  The commission meeting begins at 5:30 Monday in the commission room in Madison City Hall.  It will also be available through the use of Zoom.
