Madison City Commission meeting Monday
The Madison City Commission is holding its regular weekly meeting Monday.
On the agenda for the commission is the Madison Aquatic Center electrical upgrade proposal, and the review and awarding of the bid for padmount switches. The commission is also scheduled to acknowledge an application for a permit to occupy right-of-way for Dakota State University for the corner of Northwest 3rd Street and Van Eps Avenue, and to set a hearing date on it. As part of the commissioners’ consent calendar, they will also set bid dates for the well house number one replacement and for surplus wire/scrap hardware and other miscellaneous items.
An executive session is scheduled for the end of Monday’s commission meeting for commissioners to prepare for contract negotiations or negotiate with employees or employee representatives.
