The Madison City Commission meets for its regular weekly meeting later today (Monday).  On the agenda for commissioners today is an agreement with Dakota Pumping Service for annual septic dumping, and a task order for professional services for DGR Engineering for the 2020 Electric Distribution Conversion project.  Commissioners will also authorize the Mayor to sign a letter of contract for engineering services for Banner Associates for Park Creek walls.

Also on the agenda for the commission is the authorization of the use of the city’s Park & Recreation fund swimming pool repair reserve for leak repairs at the Madison Aquatics Center, and Christmas lights reserve for holiday decorations repair.  

An executive session will be held at the end of today’s Madison City Commission meeting for the purpose of commissioners consulting with legal counsel or reviewing communications from legal counsel about proposed or pending litigation or contractual matters.
