Evelyn Lois Bell, age 96, of Howard, passed away Sunday, May 29th, 2011 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls.  Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 1st at Beach United Methodist Church in Howard, with burial in the Graceland Cemetery in Howard.  Visitation will be Tuesday, beginning at 9:00 a.m., with the family present from 7:00-8:00 p.m. at the Willoughby Funeral Home in Howard.
Survivors include:  a son - Gary Bell of Howard; a brother - Harold Scouten of Hermiston, OR; a sister - Pat Hirtzel of Huron; and a sister-in-law - Betty Hansch of Wenatchee, WA.
