U-S Representative Kristi Noem and democratic challenger Matt Varilek will square off in a debate at DakotaFest in Mitchell later this month.  The August 22nd debate has been organized by the South Dakota Corn Growers Association and South Dakota State University at DakotaFest in Mitchell.  The debate will concentrate specifically on South Dakota agricultural issues.
