Miner County has joined a growing group of area counties who are enacting burn bans because of the hot and dry conditions.  Miner County Commissioners held a special meeting Wednesday to discuss the burn ban.  Commissioners then adopted a resolution enacting the burn ban in Miner County until further notice. 
Moody County issued a burn ban for residents there on Tuesday.
