Bernards honored with Community Impact Award

A local business owner couple has been recognized for their community involvement.  Tom and Beth Bernard, owners of the Madison and Dell Rapids Pizza Ranch restaurants, were recently awarded the Community Impact Award – an award that recognizes individual owners and stores that have made a positive impact in their community and that exemplify Pizza Ranch’s mission and vision.
The Bernards are actively involved in the community – taking part in numerous school, sports, and community events.  Tom Bernard is an active member of the Madison Chamber of Commerce, where they were also awarded recently with the Madison Chamber of Commerce Friend of Education Award.
To celebrate their 15th year this year, the Bernards held a food drive at Pizza Ranch and collected hundreds of pounds of food for the local food pantry.
