The Madison Central School Board received an update on the Madison High School renovation project during its meeting last night. Mike Bates of Henry Carlson Company told the board that there has been a lot of work done behind the scenes to get to the point they are at now.
Bates said that several adjustments were made in order to get them closer to the guaranteed maximum price for the project.
He said they have bid several areas of the work out already, with more bids being taken toward the end of the month.
Bates said they are also going to re-bid a couple of areas. He said that they are still planning to start actual construction during the first part of July.
