Abraham files petitions for Madison City Commission

A second person has filed petitions to run for a seat on the Madison City Commission.  Incumbent commissioner Nick Abraham filed his nominating petitions with the Madison City Finance Office today (Wednesday).  Abraham was first elected to the commission in 2009.  Abraham joins new candidate Pat Mullen of Madison in the race for the two seats open on the commission this year.  City commissioners serve three-year terms.  The deadline to file petitions for the Madison City or Madison Central School Board election is this Friday, February 24th.
