Harold Hess, 103, formerly of Chester, passed away on Tuesday, January 24th, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Village in Sioux Falls.  Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 30th, 2012 at Randall Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery at Wentworth. 
Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. Sunday with a prayer service beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Randall Funeral Home.  Visitation will resume on Monday until the time of service. 
Survivors include:  two sons - Dean Hess of Rapid City and Rollyn Hess of Wentworth; daughters - Rhonda Kreul of Hartford and Elaine McNabb of California. 
The Randall Funeral Home in Madison is in charge of arrangements.
