Leona "Bonnie" Seitz, 84, of Madison, passed away at the Madison Community Hospital on October 17th, 2011.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 20th, 2011 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Madison, with burial in the Graceland Cemetery.  There will be a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Weiland Funeral Chapel.
Survivors include:  one son - Gary of Madison; two daughters - Lana Siedschlaw of Wentworth and Sherry George of Lakeville, MN; two sisters - June Webster of Ohio and Phyllis McDonald of Madison.
