Myrtle Pekarek, 87, of Madison, passed away on September 29th, 2011 at the Golden Living Center in Madison.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 2nd at First Presbyterian Church in Madison, with burial in the Winfred Cemetery.  The family will be present at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Weiland Funeral Chapel in Madison.
Survivors include:  a daughter - Peggy Hansen of Lake Wood, CO, and one sister - Mary Ann Massey of Tacoma, WA.
The Weiland Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
