Matthew Brooke, 28, of Mitchell, formerly of Madison, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Mitchell on August 21st, 2011.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 25th, 2011 at Trinity Lutheran Church, with inurnment in Washington state at a later date.
The family will be present at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Weiland Funeral Chapel.
Survivors include:  his children - Jonathan and Nora, both of Mitchell; his parents - Mike and Ardyce Brooke of Madison; a brother - Lee of Sioux Falls; his grandparents - Robert Booth of Auburn, WA, and Robert Brooke of Leavenworth, WA.
The Weiland Funeral Chapel in Madison is in charge of the arrangements.
