Phyllis Thayer, 91, of Madison, passed away July 29th, 2011 at the Goldon Living Healthcare Center in Madison.  Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 5th, 2011 at the First Presbyterian Church in Madison. 
She is survived by her husband - Gale of Madison; three sons - Steve of Wickenburg, AZ, Dave of Lake Madison, and Doug of Howard's Grove, WI.
The Weiland Funeral Chapel in Madison is in charge of the arrangements.
