Congratulations to our City of Lights winners! Jim Roth takes the prize for "Most Original" light display and the "Most Beautiful" display goes to Deb Strub. Each winner will receive $50 worth of electricity from the City of Madison and Chamber bucks from Heartland Consumers Power District.
You can check out the light displays at 119 South Blanche Avenue and 420 South East 4th Street.
