Chung Ye Hartman, 65, of Madison, passed away at her residence on December 13th, 2011 after a short battle with cancer.
Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 21st at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Madison, with burial in the church cemetery.  There will be a parish scripture service at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20th at the Weiland Funeral Chapel.
She is survived by her husband - Roger of Madison; one daughter - Amy Hartman of Concord, NC and one son - Mark of Williamsburg, VA; her mother - Soo Nim Cho, and four brothers, all of South Korea.
The Weiland Funeral Chapel of Madison is in charge of arrangements.
